Payment and Billing

• You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information

Return and Refund Policy

Important: We do not accept returns except for product defects or flaws.

• Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or material flaws
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• You must contact support@superbox.to before returning any product
• Returned products must include original packaging and all accessories
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size expectations, or cosmetic preferences
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective

Shipping

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders
• Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days (US), 10-20 business days (International)
• We are not responsible for customs delays or fees
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Product Warranty

• 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear
• Warranty is void if product is modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of California.
